My Imagination Story.

On a lovely day I was still in bed and my dad came into my room and shouted in my ear “wake up and go and help your mum”. So I got up and went outside and I was still kind of sleepy. My mum shouted “go and grab a spade from the garage and dig a hole in the back yard”.

After I grabbed the spade I started to dig a hole and I dug and dug a massive hole. Suddenly the ground that I was standing on disappeared and I fell into this black hole and I was screaming while I was falling. I landed and I stood up. I was kind of scared because I was in a different world, a world called Grove Plant. Once I got up I heard footsteps coming closer and closer and then I saw him he was big and he was green. Also he said hello my name is hulk and I replayed back hello my name is Misiotei and then he opened up my hand gently and said take this and go back to your planet and make sure no one see this. And then he ran of.

Then I disappeared to the back of my back yard and and I  thought was this a dream or did this come for real then I opened up my hands and I saw there was the diamond that Hulk gave me. But I still remembered what he told me so I ran into my bedroom and I hid the diamond

Pigeon Impossible.

Plot: There once was a man walking on the road with his suitcase and his name was Walter and he was a Secret Agent. He nearly bumped into a tree with his donut. After that he sat down on a bench and a Pigeon came and stood next to him for the donut.
After that he broke a little bit and gave it to the Pigeon but the Pigeon wanted the whole donut to himself. The man wanted it to so he tried to get it away by smacking it but he missed it and the pigeon went into his suitcase. The Pigeon pressed the buttons and it started to shoot the other people.

Problem: The two problems were when the Pigeon went into the suitcase and started to press on all the buttons and it started to shot and blow up cars. The other problem was when Walter threw the donut up into the air and it came down and hit the button and the rocket appeared and it was going to Russia to kill everyone.

Solution:Walter solved the problem by stopping the rocket by shooting a little mini rocket out of the suitcase. He solved the other problem by running into the middle of the road and holding the donut up into the air and the suitcase stopped  and it came down slowly and the suitcase opened all by itself  and Walter came and slapped the pigeon out of the suitcase.

Your opinion of the story: My opinion of this movie that it was amazing. My favorite part of this short film. Is when the pigeon went inside the suitcase because when it was shooting the other people and when it was running after the lady.

Glitter Art.

We did some very awesome Kowhaiwhai patterns.
Rueben Paterson was the artist that inspired my teacher and my class to do this type of pattern.
I enjoyed putting the pastel onto my art because it was making my work cleaner.
I found doing the paint part the hardest because we had to paint it in the lines but not outside the lines and we were only allowed to use three colors and choose black or white.

Orienteering Week 1

On a lovely sunny day we had a man come into our class
with Miss Tui after morning tea to teach us about Orienteering. After Mr McGivern came in Miss Tui told us to come and sit on the mat and we all came and sat on the mat and we all had to be quiet. The man started to talk to me and the class and our teacher Miss Deeney about what we use in orienteering he told us how to use a clipper and who to punch it and he told us how to read a map.

After that Mr McGivern gave some of the room three students a letter on a yellow piece of paper with a number on it and they had to go and hid it somewhere inside the classroom. After that all of room three students had to go and find them. All of us got all the words and we wrote them onto our piece of paper and we got them all right. We had to go back to the mat and guess what it said but Mr McGivern told us to read it backwards and all of us saw that it said ‘have a nice day’.

Finally we got to go outside and play Orienteering with Mr McGivern. What we had to do was we had to run around in a circle and find the letters you have been given from Mr McGivern. We had to use the clipper and punch it and we all did it. On the way to class the bell just rang for morning tea and we went straight to morning tea and started to play again.

Tom and the Dragon.

Once upon a time there was a boy called Tom.
He asked his mum “can I go and play at the pier?” and the mum answered “oh no, don't you dare go there, there is a very big dragon, it has very sharp teeth and claws and he will eat you and cook you up for his dinner”. But he still did not listen to what his mum told him.

So along he went to the pier and when he got there he looked at the dragon and the dragon looked at him back. The dragon’s mum said to him that humans are his foe. The dragon was scared of Tom and Tom was scared of the dragon.

Tom walked up to the dragon slowly and they started to talk and all of a sudden they became close friend and then they started to play happily ever after and never ever
